Senior Research Scientist
Natasha is on the Fair Play Alliance Executive Steering Committee and has been a part of the organization since 2017. She is also a senior research scientist at Blizzard Entertainment, working on the Player Interactions and Trust team. A 4-year veteran of the studio, she leads the ‘Behavior by Design’ initiative, using behavioral science to support all the game teams at Blizzard in promoting more respectful, resilient, and inclusive player communities. Natasha previously worked at Square Enix as a games’ user researcher.
