Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Our visions of the future are shaped by representations in popular media – books, movies, TV and video games. In this session, world building pioneer Alex McDowell, USC professor and creative director of Experimental Design (designer of iconic movies such as Minority Report), and Alan Gershenfeld, Co-Founder of E-Line Media (Never Alone, Beyond Blue) will explore how the practice of world building can create research grounded, visual stories that inspire aspirational but achievable futures.
